&lt;p&gt;Melbourne CBD to Tidal River (the park&amp;rsquo;s main hub): 240km, 3 hours one-way via the South Gippsland Highway. Round trip: 6 hours of driving alone. Add 5-7 hours in the park (Mt Oberon hike + Squeaky Beach + lunch + Whisky Bay) and you&amp;rsquo;re at 11-13 hours total.
